Questions, answered
Do I need a prescription?
No. The Game Ready Control Unit, wraps and accessories on this site are available without a prescription.
How long is a session?
About 30 minutes per program; set the timer up to 90 minutes. Sessions are run seated.
How cold does it get?
You set the water temperature anywhere between 35 and 50°F, with a full reservoir of ice.
Are wraps included with the Control Unit?
No. Wraps are sold separately so you buy only the ones you need, or choose a Recovery Kit that pairs the Control Unit with the wrap for one body part.
Can I run it without a wall outlet?
Yes, with the rechargeable battery pack, sold separately. The AC adapter is in the box.
Is it HSA or FSA eligible?
Typically, yes — HSA/FSA eligibility is set by your plan. Most plans accept the card at checkout; some ask for an itemized receipt or a letter of medical necessity. Check with your plan administrator before you order.
