Shipping policy

Where we ship

Orders ship from our warehouse to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the US.

Free shipping

Standard ground shipping is free on the Game Ready Control Unit and all Recovery Kits. Wraps, sleeves and accessories ship at the rates shown at checkout.

Processing

Orders placed before 1 pm ET on a business day normally ship the same or next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or US holidays.

Delivery

Standard ground delivery typically takes 2–6 business days after shipment, depending on your location. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Signature on delivery

For your protection, shipments containing a Control Unit or Recovery Kit require an adult signature on delivery.

Address changes and problems

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout — we cannot redirect a shipment once it has left the warehouse. If a package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days through the Contact page and we will resolve it.

HSA/FSA orders

Shipping charges are included on your itemized receipt.
