Refund policy

Return window

You may return an item purchased on shop.gameready.com within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number; we will send a return authorization and a prepaid, tracked and insured return label. Returns sent without an authorization or on another carrier label cannot be accepted.

Condition and restocking fee

The Game Ready Control Unit and Recovery Kits are refunded in full (less return shipping) when returned unused, in the original packaging, with all components and the hygiene seals on the wrap intact. Units that have been used, or returned with missing components, damage, or broken hygiene seals, are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price, assessed on inspection.

Wraps, sleeves and skin-contact accessories

For hygiene reasons, wraps and sleeves can only be returned if unopened, with the hygiene seal intact. Opened wraps and sleeves are not returnable unless defective.

Return shipping

The cost of the prepaid return label is deducted from your refund. If the return is the result of our error or a defective item, we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected (normally within 5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), the refund is issued to your original payment method, less any restocking fee and return shipping. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Exchanges

For a different wrap size or style, return the unopened item under this policy and place a new order.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. The Game Ready Control Unit carries a 1-year limited warranty; warranty service after the return window is handled by Game Ready customer support.
