A session in three steps

Fill — ice and water go in the reservoir.

Connect — hose to the Control Unit, wrap to the hose.

Set — temperature 35–50°F, compression level and timer. About 30 minutes per program; set the timer up to 90 minutes.

  • Every wrap in the bundle fits the same Control Unit — one wrap connects at a time, so the unit moves from knee to ankle to hip as your session needs.
  • Each wrap includes its fabric sleeve — nothing else is needed to start.
  • The Carry Bag holds the Control Unit and all four wraps.
  • Wraps for the upper body, back and neck fit the same Control Unit and are sold separately.
  • HSA/FSA eligible‡ — eligibility is set by your plan; check with your plan administrator.

Care

  • Drain the reservoir after each session and leave the lid off to dry.
  • Wipe the wrap down; the fabric sleeve comes off — hand or machine wash cold, hang dry.
  • A light coat of silicone spray keeps the connector O-rings sealing well.

Do I need a prescription?

No. The Game Ready Control Unit, wraps and accessories on this site are available without a prescription.
How long is a session?

About 30 minutes per program; set the timer up to 90 minutes. Sessions are run seated.
How cold does it get?

You set the water temperature anywhere between 35 and 50°F, with a full reservoir of ice.
Do the wraps include their sleeves?

Yes. Every wrap in your bundle comes with its fabric sleeve, plus the Game Ready Control Unit, AC adapter and power cord, connector hose and guides.
Can I add wraps for other body parts later?

Yes. Every wrap on this site fits the Control Unit in this bundle.
Is it HSA or FSA eligible?
